Skip Overfilled and now fly tipping

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3619434.

The building contractors have an over filled skip which is now spewing the contents over the road and pavement. It is also causing people to fly tip their rubbish and even a bed and mattress in the road and pavement.
