Large trees require cutting back. They are getting to high and wide.

Reported via desktop in the Trees category anonymously at 07:25, Friday 10 June 2022

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

There are several very large trees in the square outside 55-101 Courtlands Avenue,SE12. They have not been pruned a long time and they are all very tall and wide now. Some of the branches are now touching windows of upstairs maisonettes. There is a huge willow tree that also needs cutting back. They block out a lot of natural light and as we currently have an issue with the lighting being out of order (reported and awaiting new lights) there is a security issue as the area is pitch black at night and visibilty is hampered by the size of the trees . Several very large branches fell during the last high winds. They are beautiful trees and and a focal point to the area but they are now out of control and causing health and safety issues
