Rubbish left on pavement by workers at 1 Elmdene road, SE18

Reported via mobile in the Fly Tipping category anonymously at 18:52, Sunday 15 May 2022

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

After leaving the land at 1 Elmdene road, SE18 as a open site for flytipping for months, the owner of this land finally boarded the site however, now workers are dumping piles of building rubble on the pavement outside the site. Workers have been seen doing this repeatedly, when they close the site at the end of the day. Please can they be told to keep the rubbish from the site on their property or dispose of it appropriately. This building site has been an eye sore in this street for a long time now.

Updates

  • Please email envirocrime@royalgreenwich.gov.uk as this looks to be being cleared by the land owner as they are working on the land and the rubbish has been barriered off

    State changed to: Fixed

  • NOT FIXED Please can you email envirocrime rather than passing it back to local residents to deal with. As a local resident, I am assuming that it would not be ok to pile loads of rubbish on the pavement and but a barrier round it - so why should builders/developers be allowed to do this?

  • We have sent it to envirocrime
