Spilt rubbish on Thames Street

These rubbish were left on the pavement for three days before they were collected. The company who left the rubbish there was contacted (name on discarded boxes). By the time they were collected, bags were split open and spreaded onto the road and down the street, literally everywhere with food waste and toilet paper and plastic bottles etc.
