Large amount of rubbish strewn across road and pavements

Someone illegally left a big pile of rubbish on the pavement next to Meridian Play Centre on Thursday night and overnight this rubbish got ripped apart (possibly by foxes?) and resulted in rubbish being strewn across the road and pavements.

Somewhat bizarrely, a street cleaner walked passed this mess yesterday and didn’t bother to pick any of it up?!!

The rubbish is a health hazard - particularly that it is all outside the children's play centre.
