Reported via mobile in the Trees category anonymously at 08:14, Tuesday 26 April 2022

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

A tree fell down during the high winds and has taken out the fence panels of 3-4 gardens 2 of those gardens have children with ASD who can not access their own gardens due to the panels being broken both of these children are at risk as absconding and this issue was originally reported by myself in 2019 prior to the tree falling l. The owner of the tree has done absolutely nothing about the fallen tree and has never had it pruned or cut down. It has broken the fences of 28, 26, 24 and possibly more it looks like it has also affected the children’s centre at the bottom of Purrett road. Surely as a council you can follow the tree back to the root and find the owner and make them get the tree safely removed so that owners can access their own gardens safely. Other residents have said they have complained also and nothing has been done it has been like this for years and fallen for weeks it is dangerous and a risk for children to escape their own gardens if anything happens to the children the council has been told on many occasions and absolutely nothing has been done. I’m not saying it is the council job to sort the tree I al saying it is the councils job to find the owner and make them sort the damage out. Thank you
