Immense amount of broken glass on pavement and Road

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

It looks like there has been a major traffic incident with multiple broken vehicle windows, given that both lanes of the road, and both pavements for the entire length of the bridge are strewn with glass shards. It is impossible and dangerous to walk any dogs across the bridge.
