The problem has been reported to the managing agents and the council a number of times. The recycling bin is constantly placed outside the bin store and this is encouraging fly tipping. The problem has been going on for months and no action has been taken. The situation is getting worse and the rubbish is attracting pest and producing foul smell. An estate agent attended my property for a valuation and was unimpressed about the state of the external communal areas, especially within a gated development and in front of a grade II listed building. The blue bin needs to be placed into the bin store and rubbish disposed appropriately.
