Extreme light pollution impacting properties

Floodlighting installed by developer around a park adjacent to residential blocks is causing signficant light pollution into lower level flats. This is unbearable and causing health issues. The lighting is situated around the large childrens play area on the River Gardens development, Banning Street (SE10 0YN).
