A2 Lay-bys are very dirty. Fly tipping and litter. See photos. Has been reported several times and each time marked "completed" by council without the cleaning actually having been done. Please can I ask that you do not mark this as "complete" until the area has actually been cleaned? (It seems dishonest to do otherwise)

    This will be cleared once the a2 cleansing programme resumes later this year.

    This requires specialist staff and a road closure in place
