Communal lights on Mulgrave House broken

Hi there, this was reported via council website a month ago but no response. The bottom staircase light and the top floor light are broken, waiting to be fixed, on top of which the lights on this building come on automatically at 1400hrs but when leaving the house at round 0630-0700hrs, all lights are off , and this is the only building of the same structure/ward within 200m that this happens to.
We have drug users frequenting this building, so for the few of us that have to walk through here at that time it can be very scary.
Many thanks
Please can you fix these?

Hi there, it's really weird, most of the lights are on in the evening, all except 3:
Between flats 11 & 12, between flats 07 & 08 and The very bottom flight of stairs. From 0625 every morning, all lights go off, I have to walk down the stairs in complete darkness, I'm scared that I may fall down the stairs.
Please can you check this out? The lights seem to be breaking one by one in all common parts on this building.

The comunal areas of the building are still in darkness very early in the morning.. it seems the timer is now turning them off even earlier.
This is dangerous as you have to walk down the stairs in pitch dark to go to work every morning, so someone could fall down the stairs. The second issue is that we get drug addicts sitting here the staircase in the dark. Please can you fix the lights? It's a danger to the residents to have to walk down the stairs in the dark , just to go to work in the morning.
It's not fair to have to still be waiting since early December, when first reported through the council website, the request got ignored, reported here after. Please, the lights are important.

The council came to fix them and they stayed working for about 3 days.. they have now stopped working again and neighbours are having to use the comunal ateas in the darkness. It's 1830 and the lights have not comeback. Some poor neighbour was having so much trouble putting his rubbish down the chute it must've taken ages. The comunal areas are always breaking in this building, it's especially scary as we have drug addicts that use it as a smoking/party area, its intimidating for residents.

Hi there, Despite the fact that the lights had recently been working, it now seems that either they're faulty again, or that some residents know how to turn them off.
