Hi , On 22nd Dec 2021, I have found that someone has dumped a bucket of white paint (leaking) along with few white sheets dumped on the road and on the footpath in front of my house in SE9 5LR (House number - 459 Westhorne Avenue). Fly-tipping is not very unusual in this area and its not the first time something like this has happened here. I would appreciate if you could clear this up urgently and could take measures to avoid this happening in future. Thanks & Regards, Ratnesh Ranjan
