Broken at the end of pathway and has now been removed and lying on the grass by who I assume kids. Only a matter of time before they damage someone’s car or property with it. Hasn’t been secure for months as often removed by the house along the pathway and their vehicles sat outside their home. It’s a major safety issue for pedestrians when the van then zooms out to the car park! Fix it immediately please and ensure it cannot be removed. It’s there for a reason. Thank you
