Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later
The road in the one way stretch of Plum Lane is never swept. It’s at the bottom of a hill and consequently rubbish, debris, leaves are swept down with the rain. there is a drain underneath this pile of leaves.
Gully emptied but has tree roots causing it to run slowly

The problem is exacerbated by the street never being swept. It’s the bottom of the short one way stretch so street cleaners go along Plumstead common and up Kirk Lane/Vambery Road before sweeping the two way stretch of Plum Lane. So the drain was cleared of immediate debris nothing was done about rest of area.
