The black bin is still moving around Kirkham Street. Please have this removed as soon as possible because it is blocking both footpath and driveway. People are dumping all kinds of waste here as well so everytime you see the bin it is overflowing.

Why the council cannot remove a private bin that is clearly blocking public access?

And where should they be leaving the bin on collection days? We have seen the bin in Flora Mews too, which is a private road. Please don't ask them to leave the bin in Flora Mews on collection days. It is a pretty narrow mews and would block large vehicle access for emergencies e.g.: ambulance and fire brigade. In addition, per Land Registry the mews has to remain unobstructed.

This is the current state of the bin, is disgusting. They are not allowed to keep in Kirkham Street or Flora Mews Driveway, can you please do something?
