Decorators van dropped a can of emulsion paint that exploded over the pavement then drove off

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later
From my home office window I saw a decorators van drop a full can of emulsion paint that exploded over the pavement outside 194 McLeod Road.
They kicked some leaves over it then then drove off.
All pedestrians walking along the pavement are now spreading it / leaving white footprints for hundreds of metres each direction on the pavement. Please come and clean it as it's causing a huge mess along the public footway.
I realised that this report shows an incorrect location on the map, I've made another report with an accurate location (ref: 3132919) so this one can be disregarded and the newer one used.
