Over Grown Trees and Bushes blocking paths and sunlight

Hi guys,

The corner of ground outside my flat has 2 leylandii bushes/trees and some normal deciduous trees. Some are quire overgrown and blocking sunlight to my flat. Some are also blocking pathways and bins that you can see in the photo. One neighbour has already cut a large branch off a tree as it was extending over the path and touching their house.

It would be great if the leylandiis could be scaled right back and maybe removed. Ideally the trees can be cut back too as they are becoming too big for the area and could start to damage property soon. Blocking the sun light is quite frustrating in the winter and not helping with our damp issue.
