Dumped builders rubbish and vegetation

Reported via desktop in the Fly Tipping category anonymously at 18:44, Tue 28 September 2021

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

Somebody, possibly a council contractor, clearing vegetation and dumped rubbish bags of building rubbish from the alley that forms part of the Green Chain Walk next to the railway, has illegally dumped both the bags and vegetation on a private community garden area on a private road, damaging plants. Volunteers from the surrounding social housing have been looking after the communal garden areas by Parish Wharf for about 15 years, planting them up and trying to keep them litter free despite constant problems with drinking, litter and lack of care in the area. I would like this debris removed immediately and the garden bed area reinstated.
