Non existent road/pavement sweeping, glass, nitrous oxide cannisters, food waste and human excrement

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2967978.
I have never seen any road sweeping on Borthwick Street. There is a continuing problem with litter, discarded nitrous oxide canisters, human excrement (often on the pavement in bags or on toilet paper and reported to the concierge at the Paynes and Borthwick development who are dealing with eviction), glass on pavements and in the road.
There are also no litter bins so rubbish is just left on the street and this presents issues with vermin as well as danger for pet dogs.
I have lived in the area for 10 years and the problem is bad. Also, the road is badly potholed and there are a number of abandoned/ticketed vehicles which are just left - in particular a van on the right hand side of Borthwick Street and an abandoned make up trailer on the junction with Watergate Street.
