Landing at 1 - 22 tellson avenue
Reported via Android in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 17:44, Fri 6 August 2021
Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2919437.
We just had a 5 minute downpour and thats all it takes to start flooding the landing and dripping through cracks in the asphalt layer, which drips down to the walk way inderneath which gets slippery, especially after snails and slugs leave slime trails. Please fix our guttering, it needs to be renewed, next size up to handle future downpours might help.

Absolutely nothing has been done. Not even an acknowledgement from the council(greenwich council). They know we have these problems, but once again, after being told to"talk to us about our problems", nothing has been done, not to my knowledge anyway. If someone has been here to look at the problem, they were not seen and did not knock on any ones door to be shown the problems. The ball is in the court of greenwich council. I bet they keep it and leave it there.

Not fixed. Not even looked at. I think the council have adopted a no listen policy, as they are doing nothing and saying nothing. Yet, they are still finding ways of giving away money they have not got to organisations that are corrupt. When are you going to think about the state of repair to the properties you own now with YOUR TENANTS in, before you start taking in people from other countries who come here for economic reasons not political. We cannot afford it, it is mind bendingly obvious we cannot affford it, yet you shout and scream about these people and schemes you invent to help them and others scroungers, to all the money your tenants pay for the use of your housing stock that you rent to us while telling us you will do your best to look after US and OUR FAMILIES and Our RIGHTS as civilians of this country built by us and our relatives of the past. You need to look after what is happening in your own back yard, before spending our council taxes, on people who will not even stay and fight in their own countries, for the right to live a proper life. Easier to come here and scrounge every penny that they already know they are entitled to before they leave the shores of their countries. Try helping us first, for a change.

The problem has not even been acknowledged by the council. I think they are leaving the building to deteriorate. Too many problems here.
