Overgrown tree and weeds on Cemetery path between Broadwalk and Well Hall Road

Reported via mobile in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 12:49, Sat 31 July 2021

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

Cemetery path from Broadwalk to Well Hall Road needs to be cleared of overhanging willow and dangerous blackberry thorns. I understand the need for wildlife protection but the path needs to be made safe for walking. At 5ft 2inches I have to duck to avoid the tree growth. It is also making it very dark even in the daytime and not safe at night.

  • This has still not been fixed as can be seen from new photos taken yesterday. Trees need lower branches pruned. Brambles and nettles encroaching path at head height for children and anyone on mobility scooter.
