Abysmally maintained, impassably flooded Thames path...through a cement plant?!?

Reported via mobile in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 20:51, Fri 30 July 2021

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

Thames path cutting through cemex plant seeing motor vehicles displaying wanton disregard for pedestrians and cyclists. Path is abysmally maintained and is a stain on the borough. Except for a few bits along the regents canal, there is no worse public footpath I've come across in London...and it's literally on a cement plant? Surprised the irony hasn't attracted more attention.
