Builders of building site on Rochester Way (half a mile away !!!) are using this public car park to drop soil every day and now have their building materials delivered on that car park. Problems: .certainly illegal as no official authorisation from the council is displayed .dangerous as the site is not secured and now with those material it became a very dangerous hazard as this place is also a playing ground for kids around .no respect of quiet time as deliveries/pick up occurs as early as 5.50am on any day including week ends
