Updates

  • You forwarded my previous report of this to envirocrime@greenwich.ac.uk. I’ve followed up on this myself. This is the automatic response I received: Please note, this department will not respond to enquiries relating to the removal of fly-tipped waste. We deal with catching the fly-tippers once they've been reported. If you would like to report a fly-tip and have it removed, you can report this on https://fix.royalgreenwich.gov.uk/ , alternatively, you can report it by calling the Contact Centre on 0208 921 4661. The Enviro Crime Team investigates the following:

Abandoned Vehicles Untaxed Vehicles Untidy Land Fly-tippers Commercial Business Waste Compliance Inspections If you have seen someone dumping rubbish on public land, and are willing to provide a statement to Investigating Officers to help us fine or prosecute the offenders, please request a call back by emailing envirocrime@royalgreenwich.gov.uk

These items have been fly tipped. I have reports on my account where similar items were tipped and they were removed. They are in a slightly different place but tipped nonetheless. Please can their removal be arranged. They are blocking access to the bin area making this problematic for both council refuse staff and residents using the bins. This area has a persistent problem with this behaviour but we seem to be going around in circles. Please respond accordingly.
