As you can see, we have another flytip outside our building, compliments of the man at 21 tellson av. I/we have told you about this guy dumping rubbish outside our building. He finds it dumped elsewhere, brings it home and swaps it for a bit of his furniture, or dumps it outside our building ,1-22 tellson avenue because there is something wrong with it. We would be grateful if you would send him a letter to desist and send a letter to Indigo lettings who own the flat and just happens to be owned by his mothers partner. They need to be held responsible for clearing his discarded rubbish. I will also let you know that when i challenged him about this behaviour a few years ago, he tried to assault me and luckily i caught this act on video. No dumping sign, totally disregarded, as the guy just does not care about any of his behaviour towards his fellow tenants, or the dumping of furniture and other items ,such as lengths of wood and lengths of metal, that he tries to use as flagpoles, for his many flags on his balcony. He was seen dumping the chair by a fellow neighbour.
