Thank you for sending two caretakers to our building this morning. What a shame they still cannot get it right. The picture of the light is outside number 7 tellson av, the light at number 8 is the same. It looks like they deliberately left these. I cannot work out why. They are private renters, but the outside of the flats is the councils so should have been cleaned along with the rest of the building. They swept outside by the bins, but, they still left the cat litter on the floor, where the chalk arrow is pointing. They wiped down the bannisters on the stairs with a nice smelling liquid, but have not washed the stairs down, the chalk marks are still visible. They might wash down later or maybe friday, but there is no excuse for doing a half hearted job, that i feel i still have to report to you. Why do most of it satisfactorily and leave the bits they do not like the look of, or leave because they are private, but still part of a cleaning regime. No matter how many times your caretakers come here, they still can't get it right. It is not the hardest job to do, yet they still get it wrong????????. They left here at 10.50 am, not sure when they started. At 11.30am they are not back to finish anything. I have also realised, the older caretaker is showing the younger caretaker what he needs to do. So i can envisage this behaviour carrying on. We will be keeping you up to date on this situation.

    Still open, via questionnaire

  • Things have changed here at the moment, that is for the better. Most things are sorted out, we are at 90% improvement at the moment, hoping we do not go backwards now.
