The grass cutting is not being done at the same time as the rest of the estate. Already twice on the trot, we have been left out of the grass cutting schedule. A large ride on mower has been to tellson avenue twice and cut all the surrounding grassy areas(that can be seen by public) and twice we have been left out. This happens every year, not just this year. Usually the weeds here grow to 5 FEET--6FEET, before they get cut down and our lawns get mutilated by the machines they use to do it. Why is this building being left out on a regular basis(i have years worth of photos to prove this point). When it does get done, it is without a care in the world. Further down tellson avenue is a set of flats built for L&Q, they manage to cut the grass and leave it looking manicured. Your guys just slash and run. When will we get our grass cut at the same time as all the surrounding areas,or do you cut the surrounding areas more than ours because the public can see the grassed areas. When are you going to treat us fairly and do ours as often.
