Landings being flooded

Sorry, i had to use blocked roadside gully to make report. As you can see from the photos, our landings upstairs in our building are being flooded by heavy rain. This has been happening for years. This problem can be sorted if the council clear the gutters and clear the downpipes from the gutter. Every time that some one has come to clear the gutters, nobody has checked the down pipes(i know, i watched). If this part of the job was done, we would have zero flooding. I ask that you send a team out to unblock all the guttering and downpipes, so we do not get these problems. We are getting worse weather due to climate change and our old decrepit gutters can no longer cope with the amount of water coming down. Please can you fix the gutters and the downpipes this time. Thank you.1-22 Tellson avenue.
It has not been raining, so its not a problem right now. No one from the council has addressed this problem. No workmen have been sent out and we have had no acknowledgement from the council that a report has been recieved and that it will be rectified. Big problem for us, insignificant to the council, apparently.
