The owners/residents of 3 Creed Passage have left their large bins out on Hoskins Street for the past three weeks. This is turn has encouraged neighbouring businesses from Trafalgar Rd to dump their rubbish on Hoskins St. This happened all of last summer culminating with almost daily fly tipping. Please contact property owners and remind them Hoskins St isn’t a bin shed before the situations deteriorates. We have to next to their horrible bins. Thanks.
