As you can see in this photo(please expand), there is a black plastic bag full of small aluminium bottles/cannisters that used to contain N20, known as nitrous oxide(laughing gas). For quite some time now, people have been using our carpark, as a spot for using the N2O(inhaled), then dumping the empty cannisters in the bushes or around the car park. This has to stop, as it is just another drug problem that is blighting this once great estate. Please can you address this problem.

  • Have not seen any lately, but that is because we cannot see through the vegetation that grows around the bushes and does not get cut that often.

    They can now be seen, as the the grass slashing crew cut down all the weeds with weed whackers, that spread the little siver cannisters further afield. Not picked up by caretakers either??????
