This 'Norris' skip has been Forgotten about and is taking up the space of three cars in the parking area of Spinel Close on the Rockmount estate for about nine months or more now. Left over from roof repairs on one of the blocks. People from other places are now driving here and dumping their fridge freezers, dirty mattresses and filthy debris in it and it is about to topple over as it is overflowing with rubbish. Children play next to it and will be crushed if this is not dealt with and removed immediately. This is not only unsightly but is an accident waiting to happen.

This skip has STILL NOT been removed despite my previous efforts by this medium and a phone call to Greenwich council on Friday 14th. PLEASE REMOVE THIS SKIP!! It is overflowing with other people's rubbish who drive here to dump it and the fridge freezers Mattresses and filth are multiplying everyday it's sat here. Kids play near and around this and it's only a matter of time before a prewarned death happens when something topples onto them. U increased our council Tax again this year by a HUGE amount so at least look as though you are earning it and remove this skip immediately please!!
