Builders bags and other rubbish piled over 6 feet high, 10feet across and 4 feet deep outside 158 old woolwich road

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

The pavement has been semi blocked for weeks now and nothing is done about it, builders renovating the house are not using skips as they should be, just piling in black sacks on the pavement to be dumped god knows where when finished. Isn't there a law against this? It's tricky and a potential hazard for the disabled/infirm as I've said before here, and an unsightly mess that spreads in the wind. I presume it's cheaper for the builders or their employer/client. Can you please now send an officer to check this please? It's an eyesore in our residential street which already suffers badly from littering which we try to control.
