A second 10T sign problem over River Quaggy Bridge

There is a 10T weight limit on the bridge over the River Quaggy but the sign to warn drivers as they drive from east to west is so badly faded that the red circle is not visible making it non compliant. The sign is within the boundaries of Greenwich council. There has been a great increase in traffic especially in HGV vehicles in this area, so much so that often more than one vehicles is travelling on the bridge at once. This need to stop immediately or serious damage to the bridge could occur
