This problem is now2-3 weeks old. We asked for the area to be cleaned(properly), but the caretaker went in to pick the rubbish up, but stopped after their manager(team leader),came around, spoke to them, then the two caretakers on the job stopped, half way through and left the job looking like it had not been done. This is also going to be sorted further up the chain of command, as the people involved in this work, are clearly working to their own agenda.

This problem has still not been resolved. The bin is still there. It is no heavier than the one they carry around when they litterpick the roads . So there is no excuse for a caretaker not to remove it. An excuse used before by the council, for something, else similar in weight and size and was told a crew who do "heavier work",will have to remove the offending item. There is no ecuse for this lack of work by your caretakers or the lack of leadership by theirmanagers. Your srandards are appalling and show on the streets of Greenwich.
