Neighbour flytipping as usual.
Reported via Android in the Fly Tipping category anonymously at 19:20, Wed 28 April 2021
Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2696781.
The fly tip of a large plastic bag, was left by our lovely neighbour at 21 Tellson avenue. He is also responsible for some of the furniture left there, after he has scanned the estate for bits of furniture, he brings it back to his house, then throws it downstairs outside 'OUR'building, or keeps it and throws out another piece. There is also rubbish blowing around the bins and gardens, yet again. You will also see the cat litter on the floor, that fell out of the bottom of the rusted bin, over a month ago, nearly 2 months , the same as the non emptying of our recycle bin.

One of my neighbours, is responsible for about a quarter of the fly tips outside our building. He is a private tenant, who thinks he can do what he likes when it comes to getting rid of rubbish. He has not been seen dropping rubbish outside the bins, or dumping furniture he found somewhere else. This will not last long. He will see some furniture he likes somewhere else, bring it home and dump another piece from his flat,or, dump the piece he found. One of his parents, is connected to INDIGO LETTINGS ( partner of the owner according to this tenant himself), so we think they should be charged for removing this furniture, the same way we would be charged for removing large items or furniture. He may have had a letter to desist from this behaviour, but it is more likely he has not found anything he likes lately. It will happen again.

Not dumped in the past two weeks, but it is only a matter of time. If the council(greenwich), have sent him a letter to desist, we know nothing about it. If they have not sent a letter, they should, to both the tenant and Indigo lettings who are responsible for the flat.
