As far as we have been informed, on a previous occassion, the stairs and communal areas, should be washed down once a week. This is obviously not being done, as you can see by the chalk outlined stain of urine, that flowed down the stairs, nearly 2 weeks ago. There are also bits of plastic and paper debris that floats on the wind , outside numbers 10 and 11. It gets caught up in leaf debris, so i myself pick that up, because the caretakers litter picker does not seem to work inside our building. Come to think of it, the caretaker does not work properly either. But you guys already know that. Condoning their lack of work , is just as bad, if not worse.
