Hi.
The exact location is in the woods to the right of Shooters Hill Road when you are heading towards Welling. It is approximately 12 meters from the road. There is not an exact address which is why I gave the What3Words location.
What 3 Words is a mapping system that has divided the world into 3 metre squares. It is used by emergency services to accurately find exact locations. If you go to the What3Words.com website and type in the address Supporter.Fails.Legend this will pinpoint the exact location for you. There is also an app that can be used for navigation.
Or just sniff, the smell in this hot weather is repugnant.

This problem has not been resolved and the bag has been opened further to reveal an animal skull.
Further instructions on how to find the bag.
From Welling going up Shooters Hill come to Bus Stop SK Oxleas Wood / Woodlands Farm. After the bus stop there are two traffic islands, mid-way between these two there is a temporary entrance to the woods on the left-hand side. There is some garden waste fly-tipped in this area. Enter at this point and look under trees to the right. At the base of one tree is the bag and the bones.

26-July-2021 The bag is still under the tree. It has been torn further open and the skull of an animal (perhaps dog?) is exposed.
