Trafalgar pub has approximately 8 big wheeli bins down crane street. this blocks half the alley way, people use them as places to urinate and defecate. the pub also has the basement hatch open a lot that blocks the other side of crane street.
The pub still has these large bins blocking this section of Crane Street at Park Row. Can the council not instruct the pub to keep them on their property so they do not block cyclists, runners, and pedestrians? They are also a health hazard as they usually smell and have fluids draining from them into the street.

Basement hatch seems to be closed more, but stinking bins still there.
