Recovery truck which has broken glass all over and big dents has been sat in the same spot where people usually park for about 5 months and hasn’t moved once. This is causing our neighbourhood to have disputes over parking spaces and the broken glass which I had to clear up most of has been causing issues with people/children walking or cycling by the area.
Vehicle HX55OAY IVECO is taxed until 30th June 2021, its MOT expired on 14th December 2020. As it is still taxed it is more difficult to get it removed. Local Council has to determin it is abandoned then trace and send a letter to registered keeper, wait 14 days for a response before they can remove it. It is not illegal to leave a vehicle with an expired MOT on a public road.
