Caretaker started, couldnt be bothered to finish???.

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

We have had the caretaker in the bushes this morning, clearing away the rubbish that has been building up in the bushes behind our car parking spaces. Once again, we get a much less than satisfactory conclusion. I saw him at just after ten o clo k(am), while he was attempting to do the job that needed to be done. I am writing this at 11 o clock(am) and the caretaker has now vanished. As you can see from these pics, he has not bothered to finish the job. The rubbish that is left behind is plain to see. Which begs the question, why did he not finish the job properly. Even though one of the bosses came down at around 9.30 - 10.00am,they still cannot do a job properly. Again i say we are being treated with contempt. There cannot be one legitimate answer to the question 'why did you not finish the job you were asked to do. They may not like the fact that these reports are coming in regularly now, but,if they did their job properly, you would get no reports at all. Sorry to say ,but these reports are not going to stop until the caretakers pull their finger out and do the job they are paid to do. By the way,the pics are from one little section of the bushes. I will send more in another report behind this one. I have waited until after 5 o clock(pm),to send these photos. Number '1' on the 14/4/21 a wednesday.
