The bottom of Kirkham Street is a mess. There is a mattress and divan bed dumped in front of No. 27 which is a House of Multiple Occupancy and appears empty. The front grass is owned by the Council and not the residents. There are bags of rubbish up the road that leads to the garages and the bins by the nail salon are overflowing.

The bed and mattress have been removed and the large bins emptied but the rubbish on the path that leads to the garages beside number 22 is still there and is now spreading across the pavement as foxes have been at it. The dustmen did not remove it last week so I doubt they will this week. Please can this be removed as soon as possible. There are even more bags further up the pathway leading to the garages that have obviously been dumped there.
