I just saw the caretaker walk through our part of tellson ave, picking up bits of rubbish around the cars. It took two minutes from one end to the other. When he 'finished' the car park he went onto the grassed area and picked up some rubbish there too, something i have not seen for a long time. Previous pictures show that the rubbish was accumulating not reducing .What he didnt do was walk down the grassed area to where the bushes are and clean that rubbish. He could have used his picker at the back of the cars to lean over the small fence and pick some of the rubbish that was nearest the fence, but ,no,that must have been to hard. Anyway point being, he did 'NOT' clean up anywhere near properly again. If the caretaker is not picking up this rubbish, when he actually does venture onto the grassed area, then the question is, who does. The grass was also being cut by a ride on mower and all the bits of rubbish that were lying on the grassed area, have just been macerated and left to decompose over the next 50 years. It was mainly plastic bottles and cans. We did not have our grass cut in and around our building, because the mower cannot get to these areas. Nothing seems to change.
