Leaves and rubbish still not cleared

Reported via Android in the Street cleaning category anonymously at 19:56, Tuesday 6 April 2021

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

In the photos in this report, you can see that the back of our properties at 1-22 tellson avenue, are once again littered with leaves and rubbish.(please expand). I have already tried to get the leaves cleared from the car parking spaces, but this seems to be falling on deaf ears. Because the leaves and rubbish are not cleared, the wind blows it into our properties, which do not get cleared of rubbish. When i asked about this to one of your operatives, about five years ago, i was told the reason that they do not clear the rubbish from our properties, is because two of the properties were not council, they said they do not know which ones are council or privately owned. So, because they do not know this info, they choose to not do any of them.(very flimsy reason???). Once again this building and its tenants are being let down by Greenwich council. Once again i ask the council to get their operatives to do the job they are being paid to do(by us). This has become such a problem in shooters hill, in general, that the Green Party are citing this as one of their plans to clean up Greenwich as it has become a very insightly problem. I have tried to clean away as much as i can with a leaf blower, but it is corded and i can't stretch it far enough to clear it all. You can see by the trees and cobbles,( all done by the tenants that live here), that 'we' have spent our money on trying to make this area look nice and clean. So once again i ask for your council to do their part.
