Lights coming on later than last report

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later
Yesterday i sent a report about our lights not coming on when it gets dark. In that report, i showed that the lights came on at 9 o clock pm. Today, the lights are still off at 9.25pm. If they are on a timer, it is either not working or someone has deliberately pushed the on time(when lights come on). back instead of making the lights coming on at an earlier time. The dangers of this have already been outlined in my last report,to which the reply was, and i quote, "if you wish to report an emergency, contact us 24hours a day, 7 days a week on the main switch board number 0208 8854 8888." Being as how i already reported it on this site,i did not think i would have to ring them as well. The council called this an emergency('NOT ME') and are aware of the situation. Surely that is enough to get the situation sorted out. Obviously not. Once again, i ask the council to sort this out. I have waited for the lights to come on before sending this report and as of 9.40, i am still waiting(large sigh). I have now phoned GBCouncil, the lady was nice and is sending an electrician to dort problem. While i was on the phone, at 9.50pm the lights came on. I told the lady on the phone and she said she would still send the electrician within 2hrs. She also told me that someone else had reported this problem, but, the electrician was only called after my call???????. Will update on a new post.

One problem they did sort out rather quickly. No lights is a hazard they do not want to be liable for. But it was quick.
