Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

This palladin was emptied this afternoon at 3pm - it is now 6.50pm and the bin is now full and rubbish is being piled around it by someone who is fly-tipping on foot. THIS IS HAPPENING EVERY DAY

  • This bin is being removed shortly as there is enough capacity for this block in the bin shed this is a extra bin that’s just being abused

  • This open top palladin is still being abused, it was moved onto the pavement by the council workers to gain access for the grass to be cut, it is now beingover filled on the pavement - it needs to be removed
