I'm local resident who several times saw opened waste bags with food. The bags were taken from front pavement near polish store on Well Hall Road. The owner of the shop knows the problem but he can’t solve the problem by himself. The shop staff is asked to put all rubbish in front of the store after closing hours. The waste collection should be done during opening hours to stop people to carry bags to nearby path and doing the mess. It attracts rats, foxes and it’s health hazard for squirrels or dogs.
