A man purporting to be a council employee knocked at my door (I live on Eaglesfield Road), two weeks ago and told me he was about to remove this vehicle that the council believed had no road tax or MoT and, was suspected of being involved in a hit and run. A few moments later I heard a car alarm sounding and assumed the car was being removed. I walked round the following day, car still there, but rear quarter light on drivers side was smashed. Walked round this morning, 1st May, car still there, broken quarter light had been taped over!! What the hell is going on?????
