Dumped on again overnight.

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2629147.
In the last photos i uploaded yesterday, there was only a large plastic rubbish filled bag. Now a load of carpet and another bag of rubbish has joined it. All this rubbish just being thrown on the floor even though their is a large bin right next to the rubbish. These people cannot be bothered to open the bin. Once again we ask you,the council to rectify this problem by removing the bins from the front of our building. It would be quite easy to build a place for the bins away from the entrance, just like every other building on our estate.

The rubbish gets taken away quicker if we use your website. But, the people who dump here will do it again and again, they will be joined by people driving by on shooters hill rd, they see our bins standing out like a beacon and dump their stuff here thinking they are doing the right thing. They are not doing the right thing. They are causing the people a lot of grief. Especially when they fill the bins first and leave us no where to dump our rubbish. On the 18/4/21 a sunday, i saw one of my neighbours have to take a black bin liner with his household rubbish, around to the tower block near by, to dump it in the bin because our bins were so full they were propping the bins lids open at an eighty degree angle upwards. This has become a health and safety problem, but still, Greenwich council keep taking the rents, the council taxes and the new "service charge" and giving us 1 tenth(1/10) of the service we pay for. If i offered a service like they do and did not do the work i "promised", i would be taken to court for breaches in contract. How are the council getting aeay with it.

The problem has not been resolved. Again and again people dump stuff outside our building, because the bins can be seen from the road. This is a continuous problem that the council are willing to let carry on. The councils inactivity is like an invitation everyone to dump 'their' rubbish outside our building. As i have said before, the council will not help the residents of this building, unless they are forced into it. Example:-- For five years the council were being told there was a large leak in our supply pipe to the building, 5 YEARS. Then all of a sudden we get letters(5 years after first report, saying "it has just come to our attention that there is a leak in our supply pipe that needs to be fixed.FIVE YEARS.) Tonly reason it was fixed, was it started causing structural damage. They did not listen about the gutters that keep flooding the landings either. The council do not want to spend money on this building for some reason, but they have spent millions on nearly every part of the estate apart from ours. Do not move to Greenwich. It is becoming a litter bin and i am being polite.

There is nothing here today, but ,there will be soon, as everybody thinks this is a dump site and it will continue until the council do something about it. Stop the excuses and do something for a change.
