Since June 2020 rubbish has been accumulating on the Morden Wharf land previously used for container storage. With the upcoming spring and summer seasons there is a danger that this will attract vermin and pose a fire hazard (note that there has already been a fire of one pile of rubbish here during the clearout of the blue containers in June 2020).
