Under the pedestrian bridge at Farmdale Road, poo bag pile and fly tipping

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2604365.
Under the pedestrian bridge at Farmdale Road, poo bag pile and fly tipping. This piece of land is being used by dog owner as a toilet. This piece of land could be made into a small green space for locals to officially exercise their dogs and children if it was grassed over and bins provided. But until then...could the poo bags and fly tipping be cleared up?

Nothing has changed. The area is still full of rubbish. Still, people are trying to use the area for community use. Children to play, dogs to exercise.. please help us to cleanup this area for the local people to use.

I cleared up the pile of poop voluntarily not long ago among other inexplicable mess lying around but it is impossible to keep up with amount of littering in the area. The place is an utter disgrace and it’s not like it is out of sight or anything. It is in our face every day while taking our children to school, getting to Westcombe park station or to the park. The space needs to have some sort of meaningful function and regular cleaning arranged.
